What you’ll do: ResponsibilitiesDrive Our Business Forward

Work within a protected geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.

Stay abreast of industry trends and provide that insight and thought leadership to clients, partners and other key decision makers.

Assess the client or potential client needs to ensure the best ADP product or solution is offered.

Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans

Implement a sales strategy targeting key decision makers and business owners to build a network and drive business.

Deepen Relationships across the ADP Family

In addition to cloud-based HR solutions, identify cross sales and up-sales opportunity with existing clients.

Work with internal partners to create targeted sales strategies to penetrate various markets or products/services.

Collaborate Daily

Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients.

Be an ADP ambassador by spending time in the field and building beneficial relationships with Bankers and Accountants.

Develop and maintain relationships with other internal groups in the territory.

Experience you’ll need : Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

2 – 4 years of outside sales experience

Experience selling in a business to business industries (technology sales highly desired);

Extensive experience selling technology solutions and recognized as a top performer

Proven experience networking and driving revenue through others (internal partners, external partners, channels)

Highly motivated, self-driven, competitive

Strong business acumen — solution selling

Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills and able to provide insight and thought leadership to COI’s

Highly developed planning and organization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications

Cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive, and persistent style

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills

Ability to work independently, as well as being a team member

Goal-oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
