Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description Seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a contract to permanent position. This role is responsible for handling invoicing, processing incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying receipts and promptly resolving any discrepancies. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and send invoices. Process incoming payments. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions. Resolve billing issues and discrepancies promptly. Reconcile accounts Prepare and review aging reports Requirements Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
