Managing an assigned portfolio of accounts.
Providing customer service regarding collection issues.
Resolving client discrepancies and short payments.
Ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances.
Reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
Providing weekly progress reports.
Tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
Proven experience as a Collections Analyst or similar role.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of billing and financial concepts.
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
