Description Robert Half has a rewarding position open for an entry-level Accountant. In this role, you will enter data, review financial statements, and create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets. You will report to the Accounting Manager of a dynamic team and be offered the potential for career growth. Make monthly journal entries
Carrying out other related duties and participating in special projects as assigned
Analyzing and adjusting account discrepancies
Reconciling and leveling general ledger accounts
Assisting with full cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
Assisting with audit fieldwork for both financial and operational audits Requirements - At minimum, 1 year of relevant accounting experience
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
High-level understanding of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred
Applicants are recommended to hold an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
QuickBooks experience desired
