Sr. FP&A Analyst

Description Amanda Howell with Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. FP& A Analyst. As a Sr. FP& A Analyst, your primary role will be to support the company's financial planning and analysis activities. This includes providing detailed financial modeling, strategic recommendations, and variance analysis to drive performance. Responsibilities: Contribute to the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets by considering past financial performance, growth forecasts, and current market conditions. Utilize past and current trends to predict financial outcomes and track progress Investigate discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial results to pinpoint trends and potential areas for improvement Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making Collaborate effectively with various departments to collect necessary data and ensure seamless communication Continuously enhance financial processes to boost efficiency and accuracy Manage customer credit applications accurately and swiftly Maintain precise customer credit records Supervise customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.If you're interested in this role, please reach out to Amanda Howell via LinkedInRequirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role or similar Proficiency in budget processes and capital management Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting Ability to develop strategic plans and provide strategic recommendations Advanced skills in financial modeling Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce Platform Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
