Finance Manager

Description We are in the search for a meticulous and analytical Financial Analyst/Manager to become part of our team. This role is based in Petaluma, California, and involves overseeing the budgeting process and building financial models from scratch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial process end to end and improving overall efficiency.Responsibilities· Manage budget process, building out and maintaining new models for revenue, expenses, balance sheet and cash flow projections · Validate all non-financial data on a monthly basis· Provide monthly board report metrics to global reporting team · Update and maintain financial and non-financial data in Workday Adaptive · Cross-train financial accounting team on using Workday Adaptive· Calculate monthly client counts and churn· Liaise with business applications management (BAM) team to ensure accuracy of data in data warehouse· Work with CEOs to validate sales reports· Calculate sales commissions· Prepare commissions reporting for partners· Prepare monthly financial analysis to facilitate workforce planning with executives· Assist with system implementations as requiredRequirements Knowledge and Skills· Strong consolidation, margin, and variance analysis, reporting and presentation skills· Proficient ERP skills and expert-level Excel skills.
