As a Staff Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining financial records, conducting project-based support, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Provide project-based support, assisting with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting as needed.
Perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Prepare financial reports and statements to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Conduct strong vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
Assist with audits and tax filings, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related role.
Strong vendor reconciliations experience, with a proven ability to reconcile accounts accurately.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
