Description A behavioral healthcare company is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and conducting all aspects of new employee onboarding, ensuring adherence to all federally mandated procedures such as I-9 verification and E-Verify processes. You will also be tasked with running detailed background checks on all prospective employees.Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on onboarding processes.
Deep understanding of HR practices and labor legislation with emphasis on new hire procedures.
Proficiency with background check systems and I-9/E-Verify.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
