Internal Workers – Please log into your Workday account to apply Huntington Hospital Employee Login (https://myportal.cshs.org/app/UserHome) Compensation Range:$140,400.00 – $210,600.00 / YearDepartment:848004 IT Project Management OfficeExpectations:Oversees and administers an assigned portfolio of projects, interacting directly with executive leaders to assess, document, and budget potential projects; oversee project commencement and prioritization; perform project resource planning; continuous monitoring and reporting on portfolio status and KPIs; and plays an integral role in the annual capital budget process. Ensures adherence to PMO best practices, processes, and toolsets for effective portfolio/project management, and mentors assigned PMO staff on best practices and effective project execution techniques. In addition to portfolio management, will also directly manage one or more large and/or medium scale projects through the entire lifecycle. Assesses risk and cost estimates for major, long-term projects and for the portfolio overall. Supervises or provides functional direction to assigned staff and/or department interns.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in business administration or related field strongly preferred.EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:A minimum of seven years' experience in healthcare, including three years' experience with direct management of complex projects or programs.LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:Required:Effective 10/7/2022 for new hires and promotions: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationPreferred:Current Process Improvement certification such as Six Sigma Green or Black BeltCurrent Change Management certification such as ProsciSKILLS:High Emotional Intelligence, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to promote teamwork and mentor others.Exemplary communications skills (verbal and written); ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.Demonstrated proficiency with project/program management principles, practices, techniques and tools.Skilled at synthesizing and presenting complex information/concepts to senior management.Experienced in group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution (for teams and for individuals).Financial literacy with capital vs. operating expense and solid understanding of capital planning cycles.Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions for senior management.Bias toward data-driven solutions development and root cause analysis for problem resolution; strong data literacy.Familiar with process mapping.Proficiency using MS Project, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams), Visio.Worker Type:RegularFull timeShift:Days
