Pharmaceutical care is the evaluation, distribution, and monitoring of prescribed therapy which provide positive patient outcomes. Maintains current California Pharmacist license. This position may require flexibility of hours.EDUCATION:Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy preferred. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:Completion of a postgraduate residency is preferredLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:Required:Current unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license (RPH) issued by California State Board of PharmacyCurrent Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart AssociationSKILLS:Requires mobility to be able to respond quickly to Code Rapid Response and Code Blue situations and to be able to transport the emergency pharmacy medication box.Worker Type:Per DiemPart timeShift:Days
