At the elbow or remote support of Physician Diagnostic Readers (Cardiologist and Radiologists)Manual validation for Imaging exams as required, which may include: Checking for duplicate accession numbers Merging studies as needed Complete open orders to finalize reports Linking of multiple studies under one report Manage queues PACS (Forwarding or Archiving as studies as needed) Validate reports in Cerner EMR, trouble shoot interface Night Hawk or remote reading services
PACS Imaging Worklist Cleanup and Troubleshooting: XR, CT, etc.EMR (Cerner) Order build/requisitions for procedure orders and/or Bill onlysWork with local IT to resolve technical issues: workstation, desktop issues, mic issues, slow loading of images, i.e., not opening, or closingReport Templates building and editingFamiliarity with voice dictation system Create User accounts and verify user rightsPerform device or modality integration, validation, and testingLiaison between EMR local IT and PACs vendors - generate and manage support tickets Fulfill Data or report requests from department manager, procedure volumes, etc.Assist Techs with issues related to their modalitySupport system upgrades, server patches and or database updatesAttend customer department meetings, provide updates and escalationsVacancy caducado!
