job detailsOur client is a leading healthcare company with multiple openings for Employee Benefits Representatives supporting Human Resources. In this role, you will answer high volume calls from Physicians and will be tasked with explaining their benefits options, providing customer service, and resolving complex issues pertaining to their benefits enrollment. A Bachelor's degree is required. 2+ years of customer service in Human Resources (call center, HR assistant, etc.) required. This position will be on site to start.salary: $23 - $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities

Bachelor's degree required.

Answers calls and responds to chats and emails from Physicians regarding benefits information.

Enters and retrieves data, and processes Human Resources and Benefits enrollment forms/updates transanctions.

Reviews and attaches HR and Benefits related documents into electronic HR files.

Provides clerical support to multiple departments within HR.

Escalates issues to appropriate resources to ensure resolution.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Systems knowledge required: SalesForce, Oracle, Outlook
