Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Financial Analyst for one of our largest automotive and clean energy clients nationwide. This role will sit in PALO ALTO, CA.Workplace Project Analyst Job Highlights:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Workplace Project Analyst as part of the Infrastructure Workplace team for R&D sites mainly in the Bay Area, CA, with locations in North America.

This person will be responsible for financial planning, work across teams to develop, standardize, and train on project funding best practices, support with purchase orders, and provide a variety of data models and analyses to ensure swift decision making.

What you will be doing as a Workplace Project Analyst:- As a Project Analyst on the Workplace Team, you will support the overall planning and management of several R&D sites via data analysis, developing statistical models, and reporting systems to drive business decisions and improvements.- Manage the execution of data-oriented analysis to design metrics, synthesize information, solve problems, and influence business decision-making by presenting insights and trends to the Workplace team- Support the team by creating and presenting automated data reporting tools and templates to enhance communication with different stakeholders- Contribute to management of strategic relationships with key stakeholders to deliver/manage operations and processes with minimal guidance- Conduct trend and gap analysis and develop process improvement strategies to deliver against objectives- Build resource allocation models and forecasting tools- Conduct project meetings as appropriate- Develop report and process documentation for change management- Work with 3rd parties to reconcile purchase ordersSkills and Requirements- Bachelor's+ degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields- 3 years of experience as a corporate financial project analyst or equivalent- 4 years of corporate experience in data analysis, modeling, and presentation development.- Excellent communication & presentation skills and ability influence cross-functional teams- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and scenario analysis.- Ability to stay hyper organized and work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities- Experience with building budgets for real estate/construction/facilities projects highly preferred nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
