Manage in-house accounting functions, tackling both challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the investment team on portfolio valuations.
Record and track investments, perform quarterly closes, and prepare financial statements for the fund and management company.
Assist with audited report preparation, manage cash flows, support capital calls and distributions, and liaise with fund investors and external auditors.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree is a plus.
4+ years of experience in public/private accounting or fund administration, with a focus on investment partnerships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general accounting software; familiarity with Efront and Investment Café is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accountability and ownership.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and uphold high standards of integrity in both individual and team contexts.
