Job DescriptionAs an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall functionality, organization, and cleanliness of our small office environment. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to office management, including tidying communal areas, managing office supplies, and overseeing deliveries. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests when they visit our office.Key Responsibilities:Office Organization and Clean-Up: Weekly maintenance of communal areas, including cleaning whiteboards, tidying up common spaces, and ensuring a clutter-free environment. Returning items to their designated places to maintain a neat and organized workspace. Regularly assess the condition of office furniture and equipment, reporting any repairs or replacements needed.Kitchen and Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain the office kitchen, ensuring it is clean, stocked, and organized. Keep track of kitchen inventory, order necessary supplies, and restock as needed. Manage office supplies, including stationery, paper, and other consumables. Place orders to replenish supplies when necessary.Deliveries and Mail Handling: Oversee scheduled deliveries, including packages, mail, and office equipment, ensuring they are received, sorted, and distributed promptly. Manage relationships with delivery personnel and vendors, addressing any issues or concerns.Guest Reception (if applicable): Greet and assist guests and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
