Our client, a leader in investment banking, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team! This role is onsite in Palo Alto, CA. This role is a 1-year W2 contract with the opportunity to extend or convert Benefits offered!

In this role, you will provide IT and facilities support and help with planning events and meetings. As an Office Coordinator, you will handle office supply inventory, order pantry items as needed, provide excellent customer service, and interact with guests and staff with a positive attitude. Responsibilities
  • Schedule conference rooms, organize and sanitize before and after meetings
  • Communicate with property management to address any building or maintenance issues
  • Manage IT networks and systems as assigned
  • Maintain office equipment, furniture, and order or stock office equipment as necessary
  • Process and distribute mail and packages
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (receptionist/secretarial/administrative duties)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have excellent PC skills, experience with Serraview application a plus
  • Ability to communicate with guests, employees, and various management teams
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solver
The Offer
  • Competitive Pay: Up to $28.57/hour, DOE
  • Contract Duration: 1 year
