Job Description:
Position Overview: Specializing in order fulfillment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to pick, pack, and ship orders according to client specifications while maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pick items from designated locations within the warehouse based on order requirements.
2. Kitting and fulfillment projects.
3. Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit, following packing guidelines and using appropriate packaging materials.
4. Utilize and maintain inventory management system to accurately update inventory levels and track daily orders throughout the fulfillment process.
5. Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and client requirements.
6. Coordinate with other warehouse team members to prioritize orders and maintain workflow efficiency.
7. Perform regular quality checks to ensure that all orders meet quality standards before shipment.
8. Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
10. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to address any issues or concerns related to order fulfillment.
11. Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Computer savy
Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems is a plus.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely and efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
