Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of HVAC commercial and residential installation.
Experience in duct work, shafts, fire dampers, air handlers, condensing units, package units, knowledge and ability in low voltage wiring, thermostats, smoke detectors, temperature sensors, and so forth.
Must have ability to read prints
Must have own tools
Must be great communicator
Must have leadership skills
Customer service skills
Ability to work with a team
Ability to independently to complete tasks from management
