We Need a Skilled Builder/Handyman - 29 Palms High Desert (Hourly Rate: $30)
Seeking skilled handymen and builders! We're looking for a reliable pro to tackle various tasks around our property on an as-needed basis.
The Job:
Be a jack-of-all-trades, handling tasks like plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, furniture assembly, drywall repair, and assisting with small building projects.
Setting up and moving furniture, painting, patching, yard cleanings.
Troubleshoot random issues and provide overall oversight on the property (clear communication is key as we aren't always there).
Work independently, solve problems on the spot, and be available for same-day requests whenever possible.
You're the Right Fit If You:
Have a reliable vehicle and your own tools.
Are comfortable working in various construction trades.
Are competent and experienced in handling a variety of tasks.
Live in the 29 Palms High Desert area (a plus!).
Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Mandatory Requirements:
Complete 1099 tax form.
Track your own work hours.
Ok with electronic payments.
Speak fluent English and have a reliable phone and email for communication.
