On-call part-time handyman needed!
Average 8-15 hrs a week, depending on the season.
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Experience with residential repairs, minor plumbing/ electrical/ drywall, etc.
- Weekend / holiday / evening availability for service calls ( common for Friday evenings and Saturdays)
- Must own basic handyman tools
- Personal vehicle is required. We have multiple vacation rentals in Indio, La Quinta Cove, Bermuda Dunes, and potentially in DHS as well.
Possible day-to-day tasks:
Install fixtures, changing batteries/ bike tires/ propane/ etc, perform minor plumbing/ electrical/ drywall repairs, assist with remodels, touch-up paint, general handyman repairs, material runs
Compensation:
$45-60 /hr service call (depending on work)
$25-35 /hr scheduled time
