Modern Outdoor Spaces is looking for a hard working individual, requirments include:
General construction knowledge required. Awning installation knowledge a plus. Familiar with motorized awnings and drop shades. Operation knowledge of somfy remote programming. Installation of bracketry locating brackets, studs, etc for solid installation. Must be able to smoothly run installation of retractable awning from start to finish. Measuring for placement of awning, locating studs (behind stucco), mounting, leveling, securing, programming and operating awning. Electrical experience required. Adding 120V circuit through framing and via EMT conduits from source to device. Hard wire and hook up. Past experience in shade industry required with references. Must have current drivers license with clean driving record. Hard working, self-motivated that works well with a team as well as alone. Good customer skills, able to write up invoices, bill customer and receive payment. Organized and on time. Ability to communicate with customer and crew. Must be able to invoice and collect payment from customer. Respond with resume
