Property Manager seeking office assistant

Property Management company seeking part-time contract office assistant. Preferred licensed CA RE Agent, familiar with Appfolio Property Management Software and CAR forms. Have a clear understanding of CA Tenant/Landlord rights and responsibilities. Responsibilities include, showing properties, completing required paperwork, filing, answering phones, emails and following leads. Pay range dependant on experience and skill set.
