2-5 years recent loan processing experience required. Mortgage Broker located in Palm Springs looking for Processor. Candidate must be hardworking, motivated to complete assignments, professional, pay exceptional attention to details, enjoy their work and be able to make a contribution.
Job requirements:
Quick learner and positive attitude.
Be organized and ability to work well with a team.
Run credit, verify income and calculate ratios, collect conditions and coordinate with our lenders.
Review lender guidelines for acceptability.
Knowledge of DO and LP systems.
Submit for underwriting approval
Communicate, prepare and mail out commitment letter, notice of incompleteness or declination
Review and collect underwriting conditions and submit conditions
Maintain accurate pipeline by documenting conversation log and tracking loan progress
