Large multifamily property management company hiring a porter / groundskeeper in the Indio and La Quinta areas.
Cleaning common areas such as the office, gym, clubhouse, pool areas, laundry rooms, and entry ways. Ensuring no trash litter on the property, removing cobwebs, sweeping, cleaning the office, painting curbs and railings, changing lightbulbs, and other light maintenance tasks. Great opportunity to learn additional maintenance skills for potential promotion to maintenance tech positions too.
MUST be reliable, show up to work on time, friendly attitude with coworkers and residents, and willing to be a team player.
Position will be temp to hire. Do a great job and get hired on!
