DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Contact customers in the assigned queue to collect payments on past due debt. Strive to get the deficiency balance paid in full, settled or make mutually acceptable payment arrangements. Conduct skip tracing work to locate good contact information and assets of assigned accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual preferred but not required.
