We’re Hiring a Service Writer!
Are you organized, friendly, and fluent in both English and Spanish? Join our team as a Service Writer and help us keep operations running smoothly while delivering excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
Send messages and emails to customers regarding appointments, estimates and updates
Order parts and manage inventory as needed
Create and send accurate service estimates
Process payments and handle basic accounting tasks
Enter data into our system with attention to detail
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbally and written)
Must be at least 21 years old; with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Previous experience as a Service Writer/Customer Service
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and comfortable with multitasking
Must be flexible and adaptable
