E&S Precision Sheetmetal Mfg is a precision sheet metal manufacturer that makes computer chassis, brackets, and enclosures for the medical and computer industry. E&S is currently looking for candidates for the position of Quality Control Inspector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform thorough inspection of finished products
Create AS9102 FAIR documents
Interact both internally with company personnel and externally with customers with regards to quality.
Actively look for ways to improve quality processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain interactions with client Quality counterparts, understand and manage client Quality expectations.
Review and disposition of non-conforming product ensuring that all relevant data is documented and communicated to clients.
Work in a team environment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Represent E&S from a Quality perspective at Customer Quality Reviews
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Experience in the Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication and/or Machining Industry
Experience with implementation, maintenance of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)
Experience with auditing of Quality Systems
Experience with validations and qualifications desired (systems, processes, facilities)
Skills:
Use Measuring Equipment such as Height Gauge, Caliper, Micrometer
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient with MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)
Very organized
Critical / Analytic / Objective
Ability to effectively multitask.
