Cabinet Builder Job Description
Shaping and cutting materials to specific measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws building or repairing cabinets, frameworks, finishing interior and other wooden fixtures used in buildings. Must have outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
Must have reliable transportation. Keep job sites clean and machines serviced.
Job Responsibilities:
Work includes constructing cabinets (casework), furniture pieces, wood and trim using state of the art equipment and tools.
Work with manufacturing hand tools, including drills, saws, routers, and sanders etc.
Ability to read and use measuring devices.
Ability to read blueprints
