Litigation Attorney Wanted
Plaintiff-side law firm has an opening for a senior litigator and for a junior litigator. Candidates should be familiar with or have a strong interest in employee rights (wage & hour, discrimination, sexual harassment), privacy laws, product liability, consumer protection, deceptive trade practices, or class actions.
For the senior litigator position, candidates should have 7+ years of solid civil litigation experience, including managing a case docket and other attorneys.
For the junior litigator position, candidates with 3+ years of civil litigation experience are preferred, but training will be provided for the right attorney with less experience.
