Established Palm Desert, CA based law firm with Southern California-wide practice emphasizing trust, estate and probate litigation seeks career-oriented litigation associate/senior associate, minimum 5-7 years or more experience, with skill set to match. Qualified candidates must be able to handle law and motion; discovery; court appearances; discovery and court filings; and assist in preparation for, and conduct of, trials, etc. The candidate must be able to deliver complete, ready-to-file and serve work product, on briefs, motions, discovery, and court filings of every description. Candidates must be a collegial, an industrious self-starter, and computer literate, detail oriented with strong research, writing and analytical abilities. Responsibilities:
Excellent Research, writing and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and assist less experienced colleagues, when necessary. Collaborate with legal support staff to efficiently manage cases.
Propound and respond to written discovery.
Attend Court hearings and orally argue in Court.
Work closely with other attorneys and clients to develop and determine case strategy.
Qualifications:
California State Bar License (Required)
Litigation experience minimum 5 years (Required)
