We're currently seeking a Trim Supervisor for our local cannabis cultivation facility in Desert Hot Springs, CA.
Ideal candidates should have prior experience leading trim teams and a strong background in trimming/cannabis. As a Cannabis Trim Supervisor, you'll be in charge of overseeing the trimming procedures at our facility, ensuring both quality and efficiency. Your duties will involve team management, maintaining a tidy workspace, adhering to compliance regulations, and implementing effective trimming methods to optimize productivity without compromising product quality
