Position summary
The core focus of this position is the maintenance and upkeep of our 264-space manufactured home community in Cathedral City, with the emphasis on community common area maintenance. Duties will be assigned under the direct supervision of the Regional Property Manager and the Community Manager.

Position Performance Objectives:
Common area maintenance.
Minor electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches and outlets, etc.
Minor painting.
Minor plumbing repairs such as replacing fittings and faucets, clearing drain stoppages, etc.
General maintenance such as replacing broken tile, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, blinds, and locks; maintaining and cleaning the property.
Troubleshoot utility systems outages and problems.
Work with electric and gas meter shutoffs.
Monthly re-read of meters needing clarification.
Replace gas and electric meters as needed.
Perform quarterly patrol and odorization of gas.
Maintain community vehicle and golf cart, such as fluid, tire pressure and battery checks, and keeping clean.
Maintain security and cleanliness of workshop, yard, and tools.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Physical Requirements
Has the ability to bend, stoop, walk, climb ladders for 90% of a typical working day.
Has the ability to bend, lift and reach boxes and maintenance supplies of 30 pounds or more.
Has the ability to safely use tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and saws.
Has the ability to log maintenance records in a computer or app.
Experience Requirements
High school Diploma or GED Equivalent, minimum
Two years or more of recent experience in property management, apartment/residential maintenance. Mobile Home Park experience is a plus.
Has basic use skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Possess a valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

Compensation/Position Details: $19 - $21 per hour, Monday thru Friday, 40 Hours per week with the potential for overtime and/or weekend hours
