Labors needed ASAP

I am a GC looking for 3 laborers to help with some under ground Edison work. The bulk of the trench is dug already, You will need to remove the conduits inside the trench. Clean out the bottom of the trench. Dig down 2ft at the end of the trench and add two inches of sand to the entire trench. I want to get started asap. You will need your own shovel.
