Job Description:
We are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. Candidates must have house cleaning experience and be willing to take on challenging work that may include gross or biohazard jobs (such as hoarding cleanup, rodent droppings, and other sensitive cleanups). Training will be provided for specialty jobs, but a strong work ethic and professionalism are required.
Responsibilities:
Perform general and deep house cleanings (dusting, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
Handle move-in/move-out and post-construction cleanings
Assist with hoarding cleanup, junk removal, and property cleanouts
Participate in biohazard and gross job cleanups (bodily fluids, rodent droppings, odor treatments, etc.)
Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Communicate with team leads and clients professionally
Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and respect for client property
Requirements:
Previous house cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
Must be comfortable working in environments that may involve strong odors, clutter, or biohazards
Willingness to learn and follow strict safety and cleaning protocols
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong work ethic, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive jobs
Team player with good communication skills
