Planet Bingo, a leader in bingo gaming software is looking for a FT or PT Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The Human Resources Manager enhance the organization's human resources by managing the various functions of HR which include: recruitment/employment, employee relations, salary administration, payroll, benefits etc.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment/Employment-Interviewing and making recommendations to management
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state requirements.
Implementing and administers employee benefits programs.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures.
Processes semi-monthly payroll.
Performs other HR activities as required.
Requirements/Skills
BA Degree in Business or HR is preferred
5+ years experience as an HR Manager or Administrator
Strong recruitment/employment skills
Benefits/Salary Administration
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
