Caretaker needed for elderly woman

I am looking for a part time caretaker for my elderly mother. She lives alone and can mostly take care of herself. I would just like to find someone who can spend 3 hours per day with her. The exact times each day can be flexible and work around your schedule. She would need help showering. A little meal preparation. A little light housework and some laundry. Trash taken out once per week to the curb. Possibly drive her to medical appointments. She does have a colostomy bag and might need some help changing it from time to time.
