Steve Hermann Hotels is seeking a reliable, hardworking Steward for The Colony Club. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Daily inventory of food storage areas
Assisting chefs with ordering
Receiving and storing all incoming product
Maintaining organization of all storage areas
Ensuring that the kitchen is upholding all health department standards
Daily processing of invoices and reporting on food cost
Assist with dishpit on an as needed basis
Assist the chef with special projects
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
Computer Literacy (particularly with MS Office applications)
Strong Organizational Skills
Self Starter and Motivated
Strong Work Ethic
Open Schedule (particularly on the weekends)
Reliable transportation
Sense of ownership and accountability for their work

Steve Hermann Luxury offers a great starting hourly wage ($18/hr), tips, group health insurance plan, and a 401K plan with employer contributions.
