KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare high-quality dishes following recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous sous chef or relevant culinary experience
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
