Shadow Mountain is the 1st golf course in Palm Desert and went Historic. Our restaurant Birdy Bar & Grill is currently open Thursday's through Sunday's from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and as of 11/13/25 it will be open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. This position is seasonal.
