Upscale high volume scratch kitchen is looking for seasoned cooks with several years of experience to contribute to a dynamic kitchen. We're looking for candidates with experience on grill, sautée, fish, sauces, and garde manger. Top consideration will go to candidates who are reliable, trust-worthy, mature, and love to work with food and are eager to contribute. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required.
