Respected Coachella Valley caterer looking for an experienced full-charge chef.
Duties:
Managing a small kitchen staff
Adhering to food & labor cost guidelines
Cooking on-site and off-site
30-50 hours per week depending on season and workload
Requirements:
10+ years documented culinary experience
Capable of handling both savory and sweet items
Pay & Benefits:
Starting pay $28-$35 per hour depending upon experience
40 Hours paid vacation each year accumulated 10 hours per quarter available after 90 days
Paid sick leave accumulates based on hours worked available after 90 days
Pay is bi-weekly
