Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished and professional fine dining server with extensive knowledge of wines, particularly Italian varietals, to join our prestigious team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a refined dining experience, seamlessly blending attentive service with expert wine knowledge to elevate each guest's experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide gracious and intuitive service tailored to the expectations of fine dining clientele.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our upscale menu, expertly guiding guests through culinary and wine pairings, with a special
focus on Italian wines.
Anticipate guests' needs and create memorable dining experiences.
Maintain an impeccable presentation and professional demeanor in a high-end dining setting.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and colleagues to ensure seamless service.
Uphold La Spiga's standards of excellence and hospitality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a server in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
In-depth knowledge of Italian wines and the ability to recommend pairings confidently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.
