Soleil Rentals specializes in managing high-quality short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb and other vacation rental platforms. We deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and property care. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to help us manage our expanding portfolio.

Role Overview:

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of our Airbnb properties. You'll coordinate cleanings, handle guest communications, manage booking calendars, and help ensure that each property is guest-ready at all times. This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stays to ensure a smooth experience

Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and restocking between guest check-outs

Monitor and update booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and calendars

Assist with pricing strategy, availability settings, and listing updates

Conduct property inspections to ensure homes meet quality and safety standards

Help resolve guest issues quickly and professionally

Track inventory and supply needs for each property

Assist with onboarding new properties

Qualifications:

Prior experience with Airbnb, short-term rentals, hospitality, or property management preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Comfortable using property management or booking software (e.g., Hospitable, Cloudbeds, etc.)

Tech-savvy with smartphone apps, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools

Flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or respond to after-hours inquiries

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if site visits are required)
