Responsibilities and Duties:
This position entails 60 to 100 inbound calls per day. Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions and resolutions.
Qualifications and skills:
At least 6 month of customer service and call center experience required.
Bilingual is a plus.
Ability to work well in both team and individual environment.
