Description: The Production Engineering (PE) Central Services (PECS) organization is looking for a strong, self-motivated individual to join the team as the Production Engineering (PE) Program Integrator for Teamcenter XVE and iBASEt systems across various programs in Aeronautics. The Integrator will work with the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) in Palmdale, CA and the Production Engineering Digital Transformation (DX) teams to address critical needs impacting these programs.This individual will: Serve as the main PE point of contact for the program(s) by tracking issues in the Teamcenter XVE and iBASEt environments, communicating the impact back to stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to processes and best business practices. Represent the program within the PE DX Teams by communicating issues experienced by the program and ensuring they are resolved by the appropriate project teams. Understand program deadlines and communicate when capabilities are needed. Understand Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Test Engineering, Tooling Design/Planning, and Manufacturing Planning processes to answer program questions and concerns during implementation of new systems and/or new capabilities. Become familiar with new XVE and iBASEt capabilities/enhancements and communicate those changes to the program prior to deployment. Conduct User Acceptance Testing for software updates to XVE and iBASEt. Create and review user guides to aid in training the PE teams on how to perform standard work within XVE and iBASEt. Collaborate with other PE integrators to ensure consistent application of digital transformation methodologies across all programs and sites.Basic Qualifications: STEM Bachelors Degree or Bachelors Degree with experience in a STEM field. Experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Planning discipline. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD clearance per business requirements and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.Desired Skills: Experience with Solumina iBASEt, 3DX, and/or Siemens Teamcenter XVE systems. Knowledge of Work Instruction and Manufacturing Bills of Material principles. Ability to work collaboratively as an XVE and iBASEt Production Engineering SME, providing expertise across the Aero portfolio. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with all organizations involved in development and production of Aero products. Demonstrated ability to improve processes and challenge the standard modes of operation. Understanding of engineering-to-manufacturing relationships. Experience with Model Based Engineering driven manufacturing practices. Experience with Production Engineering and/or other Production Operations organizations roles and responsibilities. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $78,500 - $150,400 . PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $90,200 - $170,000.
