This position is based in Palmdale, CAJob Description:Manager Project Management will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. The Manager will also review status of projects and budgets; and will manage schedules and prepares status reports. The Manager will assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. The Manager will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.As a leader, you always act with integrity, and the highest ethical standards characterize everything you do. Must have a Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant/industry experience OR a Master of Science Degree and 7 years of relevant/industry experience

5+ years of management and/or team lead of people

Knowledge of project management concepts

Must have an active In-Scope DOD Secret Clearance

Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent leadership, motivational, and communications skills

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute engineering projects from inception through completion

Cost Account Management expertise

Ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of SOW elements

Experience coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, and spend plans.

EVMS expertise

Risk and opportunity management experience

Customer relationship experience

Active In-Scope Top Secret Clearance (investigation within last 6 years) with ability to obtain special program access.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
