The two locations are approximately 35 minutes apart; therefore, adaptability to either starting point is essential.Position Overview:Join the dedicated team at Vicki's Little Rascals Petcare, a leading doggy daycare and pet service provider on the Peninsula. This unique role combines dog handling responsibilities at our ranch in Montara with shuttle van driving duties, originating from San Carlos. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, able to easily adapt to varying daily locations and tasks, and committed to providing exceptional care and service to our doggy clientele and their loving owners.Key Responsibilities:At the Ranch in Montara:
Assist with unloading dogs and transitioning them to play areas.
Oversee play groups to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Conduct maintenance tasks like cleaning water bowls and maintaining play areas.
Use shop vac to clean vans and perform other upkeep tasks.
Capture photos of canine clients for owners and social media.
Collaborate with the on-site manager and team members to ensure smooth operations.
While Shadowing Drivers or Driving:
Learn and execute dog pick-up and drop-off routes.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Utilize technology tools for communication, navigation, and managing schedules.
Adhere to strict safety protocols during transport.

Comfortable with physical tasks and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities.

Current California driver's license with a safe driving record.
Must have reliable transportation to easily reach starting locations in either Montara or San Carlos, depending on daily duties.

VICKI’S LITTLE RASCALS - JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A Valid California Driver's License: Necessary for travel to/from clients' homes and transporting dogs.
Smartphone with Photo/GPS Capability: Essential for using our app for a variety of critical tasks.
Consistent Availability: Preferred availability during our operating hours of 8am - 6:30pm and ability to work 32+ hours weekly. This is a long-term position, not seasonal or temporary.
Year-Round Outdoor Work: Ability to work in all seasons, with safety measures in place for extreme weather.
Independence and Teamwork: Must excel both independently and as part of a team.
Background and Motor Vehicle Checks: Subject to criminal background and motor vehicle records checks.
Age and Work Authorization: Must be 21 years or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 75lbs and managing up to 15 dogs.
Comfort with Animals: Comfortable handling dogs and exposure to animal-related elements.
Communication Skills: Must communicate clearly in both written and spoken English with clients and colleagues.
