Bilingual in Spanish/English
1.5-2 years of experience within the healthcare space
EMR experience
Description:
Welcoming Patients in a friendly compassionate manner
Answering phones
Entering patient information into an EHR (Allscripts)
Rooming patients
Updating patient charts
verifying insurance
Sending out demographic paperwork
Assisting with telehealth visits
Verify documents are filled out correctly
Auditing case studies for patients
Skills:EMR, Appointment scheduling, Medical terminology, Insurance verification, AllscriptsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
1.5-2 years of experience working as a front desk MA
Spanish speaking is preferred
2 years of EHR experience
