Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Surveyor to join our team, focusing on providing dimensional control to support our laser scanning projects. This vital role involves working closely with our scanning teams to ensure the precision and quality of our data collection processes within industrial environments such as refineries and manufacturing plants. While scanning experience is a plus, our primary need is for a skilled surveyor passionate about accuracy and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide dimensional control for laser scanning projects, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
Support the scanning teams with surveying expertise to facilitate project registration and quality assurance.
Collaborate with engineering and scanning teams to implement quality control measures and protocols.
Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest surveying techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in surveying, with a focus on industrial measurement. LSIT or significant survey experience preferred.
Familiarity with laser scanning processes a plus, but not required.
Availability for full-time work, including overtime as needed.
Physically capable of performing fieldwork, including climbing ladders with equipment and working at elevated heights.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork.
