Screen Printer - Assistant Production Manager Needed

We are a dynamic small merch company! We are growing and it is time for us to hire an Assistant Production Manager. YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR SCREEN PRINTING EXPERIENCE, because you will screen print, you will do all the pre-production tasks: burning screen/film, reclaiming, and mix custon inks using a custom ink computer system. We run two manual presses. You will also work alongside two other employees. You will be included in manager meetings and client brand meetings, too. We work well with each other. Communication is very good within our group, and we always work to get better. We are willing to work with a part time or full time schedule for the right person.
